Tony Wootton is a proven career business development professional - he's been added to the YapStone management team as SVP of Business Development to drive their dynamic and robust payment processing platforms into new markets. Wootton comes to YapStone from The Green Dot Corporation, the leading provider of financial services to the underserved and largest issuer of reloadable prepaid debit cards, where he led business development efforts as the Vice President and General Manager of Payment Solutions in charge of white label debit card and bill payment programs. Prior to Green Dot, Wootton served as Senior Director of Business Development for InfoSpace Mobile, a premier provider of downloadable mobile media, following the purchase of Moviso where he was also a member of the acquired management team. In this role he drove all alternative distribution channels for mobile content with top carriers, handset manufacturers, major retailers, and consumer brands. Wootton has also held management level positions with NASCAR, FOX Sports, and The Upper Deck Company, focusing on business development and sales. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and UCLA's Anderson School of Management. |
