Tony Samuel leads CRA International's Asia Pacific Forensic Services practice. He brings with him 19 years of post-qualification accounting experience, including 13 years with disputes, valuations, and intellectual property matters. Mr. Samuel focuses on the provision of expert accountancy and valuation services in commercial disputes and intellectual property disputes.
While based in London from 1994 to 2004, Tony was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, starting in 1998, in its Forensic Services practice. During that period he engaged in matters across a range of industries mostly in large telecommunications disputes and intellectual property disputes. He has testified in the U.K. High Court, the Southern District of New York, I.C.C. arbitrations, an UNCITRAL arbitration in Switzerland, and the U.K. Copyright Tribunal.
Prior to joining CRA, Tony was admitted to PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Australian partnership in October 2004 in its Dispute Analysis & Investigations practice, where he continued his work in commercial and intellectual property disputes. |
