Duties and Responsibilities
Tony assumed the role of partner in the audit department in October 2006, following two years as a manager at KMJ. As a partner in the audit department, Tony is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of services extended to his clients.
Professional Experience
Tony began his career at KMJ in 1998. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, real estate, life sciences, technology and services. Tony's clients have included publicly-traded and privately-held companies, ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations with revenues in excess of $100 million annually. Tony has broad experience with Securities & Exchange Commission 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and periodic reporting requirements.
Education and Credentials
Tony graduated from California State University, Long Beach where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Accounting.
Professional and Community Activities
Tony is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tony is also actively involved in youth sports in Huntington Beach. |
