Tony Inglis-Arkell is Managing Partner of Lucas Group's office in Berlin, Germany. The division specializes in executive search and in assessing and recruiting senior-level executives. Tony was born in the Netherlands, but has a British passport. He holds a university degree in Business Administration from the University of Bremen in Germany.
He fluently speaks four languages and has spent most of his business career with internationally operating companies based in England, Germany, Belgium and France. He launched his career in executive search in 1991, and in 1997, was founding member and Managing Partner of the German operations of a global executive search company.
His broad-based international business experience at the executive level, and his strong personal network enables him to successfully solve the most difficult recruitment tasks. Tony especially develops international assignments. His fields of expertise are Professional Services, Logistics, Automotive and Manufacturing/Engineering. |
