Tony joined B&C in 2000. Tony leads our Real Estate Division with focuses on our Real Estate Sales, Timeshare, Timber Management, Land Management, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, GIS and Property Tax Management Departments. Prior to joining the company he was the Broker-in-Charge of ERA Callihan, Teal, Skelley and also worked with Marsh Winds Development & Realty Corporation, Grand Strand Realty and ERA Paul Realty. Tony is licensed in South Carolina as a Real Estate Broker, Residential Homebuilder, General Contractor, Appraiser and Auctioneer. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina in 1980 with dean’s list honors, and also holds CCIM, GRI, e-Pro and Harvard School of Design certifications. Tony serves on the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and the Board of Directors of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. |
