Since Younan Property's inception, Tony Avila has been one of the firm's key project managers. During this past year, Mr. Avila has been responsible for YPI s successful turn-arounds of 4 million sq. ft. of Class A buildings in 15 different office markets. He is responsible for underwriting transactions and due diligence of acquisition in excess of $1.2 billion and has been involved in a total of 65 transactions in the last 4 years. He has been instrumental in coordinating the operations, building renovations, construction and transition of new acquisitions into the YPI system of operation. Mr. Avila s most notable accomplishment was the turn-around and disposition of YPI s 6 assets in some of the most difficult office markets, which resulted in triple digit returns to investors in less than an average of 15 months hold period. Over the last four years, Mr. Avila has been responsible for the renovation of over 2,100,000 sq. ft. of Class A and B office space. |
