In 1989 Toni Rabin began her career at CU as an Administrative Assistant in the Executive Office. In 1992, she became the Senior Administrative Assistant to the Director of the newly formed New Product Development and Strategic Planning Division. In 2000, she transferred to the Consumer Policy Institute, known as the house on the hill where she supported 4 staff members and organized several international conferences in Washington, DC and New York.
Toni was born and raised in South Africa and worked in the travel industry for many years in Johannesburg and abroad and also worked for a dance company.
In 1967 Toni immigrated to Israel, worked on a Kibbutz and later worked for a travel agent organizing tours to the Holyland for Billy Graham Pilgrims groups. She met and married her American born husband and they have two sons and one daughter. The family moved to the U.S. in 1980 and settled in New Rochelle.
She has a flower arranging certificate, has taught Yoga at CU, attends concerts, theatre and dance performances, swims, walks and generally loves life |
