After studying economics at university, Mr. Jansson worked in a large Swedish group as an AR man and for a few years as Controller in a subsidiary in Germany, then as an Administrative Manager and Deputy MD in a foreign-owned company. In total, he has approximately fifteen years working experience in trade and industry, of which ten years is in various managerial positions.

In 1986, Mr. Jansson was responsible for the newly opened SIMS office in Gothenburg, where he continues as a partner. Most of his assignments are from medium-sized companies and involve recruitment for managerial positions. Working in different sectors in different business cultures, and with many exciting people means that his work is never dull, which suits him well.

In private, he is a family man, enjoys active leisure activities and likes to try new things.
