General Franks retired was elected as an independent director of the Company on March 26 2008. General Franks has operated Franks & Associates LLC a private consulting firm since 2003. He served in the United States Army from 1965 to 2003. In August 2003 he retired as a four star general. He currently serves on the Compensation and Nominating/Corporate Governance Committees. General Franks currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Bank of America NA a New York Stock Exchange listed company. |
