Mr. Szaynok, born in 1963, graduated from the University of Wroclaw in 1988 with a degree in geology. After graduation work at university, with the political and economic changes in the early 1990's, he decided to go into business.

In 1992, he started at the American company US West, one of the first telecommunication companies to enter the Polish market. He managed the company's operations in Western Poland - Wroclaw, Poznan and Katowice.

In 1994, he joined Signium / Ward Howell Poland as a Junior Consultant and later a Consultant. He became a Partner after the rebranding of Ward Howell to Signium International in 1999. His sectoral strengths include automotive industry, manufacturing, IT, FMCG, retail and distribution. His functional specialisation includes production, finance, sales & marketing.

In February 2000, Mr. Szaynok co-founded JOBAID.PL, the leading Polish internet recruitment site. Tomasz Szaynok speaks English.

He is married with a daughter. His wife is a history teacher at the University of Wroclaw.
