Mr. Tomas Holm, is a Partner and founder of SCANSEL, Scandinavian Search & Selection, the Finn office of Signium International.
He graduated from the University of Turku and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology.
Before starting his career in Executive Search, Mr Holm lived abroad and worked as a Project Director for a US based management consultant firm.
His executive search career began more than 14 years ago with a local Finnish company and in 1991, SCANSEL was founded.
His experience across many different sectors was developed during these years, with an emphasis on ICT and Pharmaceuticals. |
