Tom Wigginton came to CulinArt in August 1998 as opening manager of the company’s highly esteemed corporate dining service operation in Jersey City, NJ. After many years of a la carte dining experience with companies such as Restaurant Associates and Restaurants Unlimited, where he traveled across the country pioneering cutting edge industry trends and culinary evolutions, Wigginton welcomed the opportunity to unite with a quality regional foodservice provider. Following the successful implementation of his restaurant-style, retail mentality, in 1999 Wigginton was asked by CEO Joe Pacifico to head CulinArt’s new business development team. He was thrilled by the opportunity to apply his operational experience to the business development process. To date, Wigginton’s team of sales directors has successfully expanded CulinArt’s client portfolio, adding accounts such as Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP; Philadelphia Zoo; New York Mercantile Exchange and Iona College (to name just a few) to the company’s list of esteemed Fortune 500 companies, museums, amusement venues, colleges & universities, and independent schools. Tom Wigginton is an active member of the Society for Foodservice Management. Under his guise, CulinArt has extended memberships as a business partner of the National Association of College Auxiliary Services, the eastern chapter of the National Association of College & University Business Officers, and the National Association of Collegiate Concessionaires. |
