Tom Wessling joined Carlson Marketing in 2004 and is currently responsible for driving Carlson Marketing’s sales and business development efforts in the Southeast region. Most recently, he was in charge of the company’s Pacific Region. Before joining Carlson Marketing, Tom was senior vice president of client services, partner, and board of director’s member for Coactive Marketing Group, Inc. While there, he established a client services structure and career development plan, created and implemented a companywide recognition program, and established marketing and sales goals with appropriate strategies for accomplishing them. Tom gained further agency experience while working for Maritz, Original Incentives, and Business Incentives. Tom has been a contributing editor to a college textbook Sports Marketing: A Strategic Perspective, and a guest lecturer at Northern Kentucky University’s MBA program. He has been the recipient of numerous industry awards including Procter & Gamble’s prestigious Promotions that Worked Award three times. Tom received his Bachelor of Specialized Studies degree in marketing and management from Ohio University, Athens. |
