Tom Waltz, head of BIM Operations. He keeps one eye on the future, guiding the long-term strategic vision of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and constantly scouting new technologies to make sure CUH2A is always using the best tools for the job. For Tom, that means testing out the latest gadgets and programs, sometimes before they’re even released on the market.
A prominent member of the Archicad community with a background in both architecture and information technology, Tom Waltz is well-positioned to coordinate the needs of different disciplines within the architecture engineering and planning industries. He works to expand BIM to employees of all aptitudes, developing a basic Archicad in-house training program and creating seminars for specific applications. He also works as a librarian of standards, regulating the complex process company-wide, allowing CUH2A to be a flat company using dynamic software.
