Tom Tokos is Intersil's Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, responsible for all of the company's legal affairs. He joined Intersil from Asyst Technologies, a semiconductor equipment designer and manufacturer, where he was vice president and General Counsel for the publicly traded company. Prior to Asyst, he was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for VLSI Technology, SyQuest and a semiconductor design automation software company.
Mr. Tokos brings more than 19 years of legal management, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and intellectual property experience to his key role at Intersil. His leadership of Intersil's Legal Department and valuable insight will enable the company to leverage and protect its high performance analog technology and resources.
He earned a Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Georgetown University. He also holds a Masters degree in Physics and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ohio University. |
