Tom Stalnaker is a Senior Vice President of Milestone as well as a Managing Partner of Eclat Consulting (Eclat). Mr. Stalnaker was a founding partner of Eclat, a firm which specializes in economic and financial analysis in support of airport, airline and labor clients. Mr. Stalnaker has over 16 years of analytical expertise with a focus on business plan evaluation, airline network analysis and route planning, hub analysis and alliance issues. Well-versed in both international and domestic aviation issues, he has performed traffic and revenue forecasts for both passenger and cargo services, including forecasts to support major infrastructure development and investment around the world. Mr. Stalnaker has provided essential economic analyses for numerous aviation regulatory proceedings and also has extensive experience in preparing analyses for presentation before the legislative and executive branches of government. Mr. Stalnaker has also delivered numerous comprehensive and influential presentations to senior management at airlines around the globe. He holds a B.S. in Economics from George Mason University. |
