As general manager of Diamond Ventures, Inc.'s Phoenix office, Tom Sloot, P.E., is responsible for all aspects of land development from acquisition and due diligence through engineering and final construction. Currently, the office is overseeing two master-planned developments. Mr. Sloot joined Diamond Ventures in 2001. He has 20 years' experience in land development in Arizona. He earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Utah, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona. |
