Tom Shinault is Electronic Recyclers International resident industrial facility specialist and chemical engineer. For the EPA, Shinault was instrumental in providing emergency response planning on a local and federal level. He also served as an EPA Planner and Inspector, enforcing federal environmental regulations. Shinault provided emergency response planning for the EPA in the event of an environmental emergency and has assisted major oil companies to come into compliance with the Clean Water/Clean Air Act, and The Emergency Planning & Community Right-To-Know Act laws by establishing innovative inspection and planning strategies. Shinault is a member of the California Hazardous Waste Association, California Water Pollution Control Association, Water Environment Federation, and the American Society for Testing and Materials. |
