With more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the blown film industry, Tom Saxton is one of the founding leaders of ISO Poly Films. His depth of knowledge in manufacturing operations led to the design and development of ISO’s state-of-the-art facility and has earned him a reputation as one of the top managers in the film industry. Tom gained extensive experience in plant management at several major independent film companies. He served for nine years as plant manager with Essex Plastics, where he directed an operation with 32 blown film lines and 300 employees. As Director of Process Improvement for ISO, he is responsible for optimizing the production processes, improving production time and cost effectiveness and developing methods to conintuously improve ISO's products and services to exceed customers' expectations. |
