Tom has 20 years of experience in the construction and HVAC industry. Most recently, Tom served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for EMCOR, a mechanical subcontractor with an annual volume of more than $25 million. Tom’s extensive knowledge of HVAC and Energy Management coupled with his extensive background with financial budgeting and corporate fiscal goals make him a great addition to the ELAINE Construction team. |
