Tom joined ATMI in 2000 as Vice-President of Human Resources and Organizational Development. His leadership is helping to develop strategy and current and future ATMI leaders. Tom's guidance helped to develop "ATMI University" to offer ATMI- and industry-specific training to employees.

Before joining ATMI Tom was Vice-President of Human Resources with Anthem Blue Cross and USCO Logistics.
