Tom McGee is Vice President for Lucas Group's Search Division and has been with the company for more than 20 years.
He began his career with Lucas Group as a recruiter and over the years has managed hundreds of recruiters in several industries, providing him the opportunity to experience all facets of the recruiting industry. He now manages the entire Search division, which consists of 12 practice industry groups, nine locations nationwide, two offices in Germany, and more than 150 recruiters. |
