Renowned for maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction, Tom helped the Network Services Division of Alcatel USA successfully transition from an internally based support organization to a more efficient subcontract organization, improving customer satisfaction in the process. Prior to that, as a key member of Fujitsu Network Communications' executive team, Tom helped take the service division from $16 million to over $350 million in revenue in four years. Tom's breadth of directorial experience at Fujitsu in operations, support, and customer service, and his proven ability in previous managerial positions at Datapoint, make Tom a valuable addition to Entrisphere. |
