Tom manages Ravenflow's product development effort. Before joining Ravenflow, Tom spent seven years as vice president of product development for Kadiri, an enterprise compensation software company now owned by Workstream. He has extensive executive management experience, including eight years as vice president of product development and manufacturing at Triad Systems Corporation, a $175 million provider of business information systems. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at Measurex Corporation, a $300 million process control systems company, in a variety of positions including vice president of engineering. Tom holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Michigan, where he was a guest lecturer in its graduate school. He holds a number of patents and led the development team that won the ITAA Total Quality Award for Software. |
