Mr. King joined State Employees' Credit Union's Board of Directors in 1994 and has previously served as Chairman. A member of SECU since 1954, Mr. King realizes the benefits of membership and says the following about his volunteer efforts: "Being a Board member is a joyful, rewarding and challenging experience. It's about people helping people and that's what I hope to do."
Mr. King attended Hugh Morson High School in Raleigh and graduated from Elon College. He is a retired State employee, serving the Community College system in NC for many years. In addition to the volunteer hours spent at SECU, he enjoys sports, driving and television. |
