Mr. Kennedy has over 30 years of extensive experience in oil and gas drilling and production operations (onshore and offshore) including project planning, implementation and cost analysis; oil/gas well drilling and workover operations (onshore and offshore); plant, platform and production facility design, construction and operation. Mr. Kennedy’s experience includes several offshore rig construction and mobilization projects along with the associated platform modifications and preparations.
