Mr. Kajita 51 joined AEON Company Ltd in May 2005 and is responsible for sourcing new opportunities for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining AEON Mr. Kajita had been an executive in the energy industry. He has developed managed and closed business transactions for the construction of new power-generating stations throughout the world and also specialized in mergers and acquisitions of assets and/or companies. A Director of Talbots since May 2005 Mr. Kajita serves as a member of the Compensation Committee.
