Tom is responsible for all sales activities, including partner recruitment, partner satisfaction and revenue attainment for IPcelerate. Tom has more than 23 years of sales and management experience in the information technology business, including 15 years of experience recruiting, building and managing channel partners. He has an outstanding record recruiting, training and motivating employees to achieve financial targets. Tom entered the convergence marketplace as Area Director for Sales for Selsius Systems, a start-up organization that was acquired by Cisco Systems in late 1998. At Selsius Systems, Tom was responsible for channel and business development. After the acquisition by Cisco Systems, Tom successfully led channel initiatives for key national and global partners, where he was 2003 U.S. Channel Manager of the Year for Cisco Systems. |
