Tom Hermann is vice president of finance for Raving Brands, the Atlanta-based fast-casual dining leader. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial and accounting activities and serves as a member of Raving Brands’ senior management team. With over 13 years experience in finance and accounting, Hermann is responsible for all accounting, financial management, consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, tax management and bank relations for the company’s nine portfolio brands which include Moe’s Southwest Grill, Doc Green’s Gourmet Salads and Shane’s Rib Shack. Before joining Raving Brands, Hermann was responsible for financial management, accounting and strategic planning as the chief financial officer for Rader Companies, Inc., and played a similar role as the vice president and corporate controller for Dover International, LLC. Prior to that, Hermann spent five years in public accounting for various regional CPA firms. Hermann graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting. Hermann currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children. |
