Tom joined Raindance in 1999 in the operations department where he played an instrumental role in creating the industry's premier technical support and customer service team. As the former director of operations, Tom holds a comprehensive understanding of Raindance’s technical architecture and conferencing platforms. Most importantly, Tom’s experience gave him a passionate commitment to the success of our customers’ remote communications. Prior to joining Raindance, Tom worked as a research analyst with one of the nation's most prestigious law firms, Choate, Hall, & Stewart LLP in Boston, MA. Before Choate, Tom conducted human rights advocacy work throughout Northern Ireland while he earned an advanced certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. Tom has studied at Trinity College, Dublin, Queens University, Belfast and the University of Ulster, Derry. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder where he studied history and political science. |
