Tom Frederick comes to Work Technology with a combination of skills in strategic marketing and customer-focused solutions selling. Since joining WorkTech in 2000, he has provided new dimension to the management by working closely with CEO Jack Hall and WorkTech management to create and execute the company's vision. Tom joined Work Technology Corporation from Sara Lee Corporation, where he served in several senior management capacities in sales and marketing and business development. Tom has 25 years of sales and marketing experience, including both corporate and field business development, establishment and management of direct and reseller sales networks, employee development, and team building skills. |
