Tom is responsible for the development and implementation of the customer support experience for Sotto Wireless. He has built and run a number of world-class customer care environments across the country. With 22 years of experience in the wireless industry, he has served at an executive level at several companies, including Arch Wireless Inc., MobileComm Communications and Bell Atlantic Paging. Prior to joining Sotto Wireless, he held the position of Vice President of Customer Operations at Western Wireless, where he successfully launched care-based programs that increased customer satisfaction and first call resolutions levels well above industry standards. His leadership delivered significantly improved business performance, increased customer retention, and an empowered customer service organization. Tom is focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction to Sotto's customers via the unique combination of our Service Manager and online support tailored for the small business market. |
