All Client Services Analysts report to Mr. DuFore, who is responsible for their training, development and performance. Mr. DuFore and his staff analyze a wide array of businesses to determine whether they have the conceptual, financial, and managerial readiness to expand through franchising. They inform prospective franchisors about the nature of franchising, its risks and rewards, and provide internal analysis of client programs to Francorp's various departments. In addition, Mr. DuFore provides internal counsel to Francorp's other companies' Francorp Connect, Francorp Capital, and Francorp International. He is also responsible for coordinating Francorp Seminars and Trade Shows. Prior to joining Francorp, Mr. DuFore worked in the automotive industry. He assisted a company over his tenure by more than doubling its annual revenue. Mr. DuFore has also held positions with the corporate event division of Communivisions and Total Event Resources, where he worked with CDW, Motorola and numerous other companies. Mr. DuFore holds a B.S. degree in Management from Elmhurst College, and received an M.B.A. degree from DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He is the founder and President of the Pi Iota Sinfonia Alumni Association and is currently serving on the Elmhurst College Alumni Cabinet. |
