Thomas W. Doak is chief administrative officer of Dix & Eaton Incorporated. He also serves on the firm's executive committee and as chief financial officer, corporate secretary and treasurer.
Mr. Doak has oversight responsibility for all financial and administrative functions, including accounting, billing, financial management, human resources, information systems and facilities management, as well as coordination of legal and insurance services. He also is in charge of shareholder, board and management reporting.
During his career, Mr. Doak has gained direct experience with financial analysis, compensation and benefits, shareholder and regulatory reporting, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and more.
Before joining Dix & Eaton as chief financial officer in 2000, Mr. Doak worked at KeyCorp, ultimately serving as senior vice president, finance support and administration. In nine years with the financial services company, he also managed Key’s corporate reporting and corporate accounting functions. Prior to joining KeyCorp, he spent nine years at Ernst & Young LLP, where he reached the position of audit senior manager.
A 1982 graduate of the University of Toledo, Mr. Doak was valedictorian in the College of Business. He is also a certified public accountant. |
