Since 1999, Tom has been helping Stax s clients with growth strategies, product and program configuration, customer servicing strategies, brand valuations, and repositioning. He works primarily on financial services, telecom, IT, industrials, and consumer goods companies. Tom s specialties include determining the value of customer service where increasing service levels leads to increased spending levels, helping clients increase up-sell opportunities, quantifying customer behavior, and determining future intent to help clients position for major changes or fine-tune their operations. Earlier in his career, Tom co-founded an enterprise software company focused on analysis of massive internal data and the optimization of telecom routing and expenditures. He served as VP of Marketing ultimately selling the company to a channel partner looking to expand its offering. Tom has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and began his career as a design engineer in the mobile computing and communications industry. |
