Dr. Catanzaro earned his doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1974 and his Masters in Healthcare Administration from Baylor in 1985. He has worked for the Department of Defense in Europe and as Director of Hospital Services at the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). In 1991, he started Veterinary Practice Consultants® (Catanzaro & Associates, Inc.) and became the first veterinarian to become board certified in Healthcare Management (ACHE). In 1996, he achieved Fellow within the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Catanzaro is an innovator who has been leading the changes in the profession’s practice management for over a decade. He has over 350 different periodical publications and meeting proceedings circulating. |
