Tom is a member of the DFA Executive Committee and a number of other committees. In addition, Tom is a member of the board of Dairy Management, Inc. and the Western Dairyfarmers Promotion Association. He chairs the Trade Policy Committee for the U.S. Dairy Export Council and was reappointed by the president of the United States to the Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee for Trade. For two decades, Tom served as chairman of the board for the National Milk Producers Federation. A recipient of 1994 Colorado Livestock Producer of the Year, he was inducted into the 2001 Colorado Agriculture Hall of Fame. Tom has been the owner of Camerlo Dairy since 1963. |
