Tom Bevilacqua co-founded ArrowPath in 1997 and is a Managing Partner of the firm. He brings over 20 years of Silicon Valley experience as an executive, general manager, investor and advisor to technology driven companies. In addition to Innotas, Bevilacqua currently serves on the boards of Active Reasoning, Innoprise, MetaLincs, Remend and RouteLogics. Prior investments and Board seats include Digital Island (acquired by Cable & Wireless); Critical Path (CPTH); NetSec (acquired by MCI); Immunix (acquired by Novell); Sanera (acquired by McData); Persist (acquired by Hewlett-Packard); and Knight Trading Group (NITE).
Prior to ArrowPath, Bevilacqua served as an Executive Vice President of E*TRADE Financial where he held a number of operational roles and was instrumental in establishing E*TRADE's successful acquisition and investment strategies. Bevilacqua was previously a partner at two of Silicon Valley's leading law firms, where he served as an advisor in over 250 public and private financings.
