Tom Bergerson, AIA, is Principal in Cubellis’ Orange County office. Tom brings to his role over 20 years of architectural consulting and project management experience. He is responsible for a wide range of key project activities, including project planning and scope development, budgeting and scheduling, site development coordination, design execution, real estate transactions, due diligence, entitlements, tenant relationship management, governmental review process and permitting management, and construction execution/management. Tom’s proactive approach to each client enables him to quickly and effectively build solid and lasting relationships with staff, clients, government agencies, consultants and contractors. He was educated in architecture at the University of Southern California, and is professionally affiliated with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Los Angeles Headquarters Association (LAHQ). |
