Prior to founding Cipio Partners, Tom was Partner of Broadview Holdings LP, New York/London, one of the largest investment banking and private equity firms serving the Technology, Media and Telecommunications ("TMT") industries. Since 1992, Tom was responsible for strategic and financial advisory to larger and medium-sized corporates as well as financial sponsors with early and later-stage investment portfolios in TMT and Business & Support services. In addition, Tom oversaw principal investments in the Software, Services and Media sector. Before joining Broadview, Tom was with Nomura and Mitsubishi Bank in Tokyo and New York where he served from 1987 as a principal responsible for both institutions' Industrial Investments and private equity holdings in Medical Equipment and Information Technology worldwide. Tom holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Duke University. |
