Mr. Shebar is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Corporate & Business Department. His practice focuses on transactions related to mergers, acquisitions and private security offerings. Mr. Shebar's recent matters have included work on a major private equity purchase in the gaming industry and various private equity investments in real estate development. He has also consulted for national and regional law firms in matters concerning veil-piercing, appropriation of corporate opportunities, directors' fiduciary duties, and corporate merger and acquisitions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shebar was an associate at Krendl Krendl Sachoff & Way in Denver, where he assisted in several multi-million-dollar transactions. He was previously an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he worked on both corporate and litigation matters. |
