Todd Wilson joined American Capital in July 2002 and is a Principal in the New York office. Prior to joining American Capital, he spent three years as a Principal at Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based LBO/private equity fund with $1 billion under management. Mr. Wilson joined Wind Point after being awarded a Kauffman Fellowship - a private equity fellowship sponsored by the Kauffman Foundation. He has previously worked in the Investment Banking Groups of Montgomery Securities and Merrill Lynch, where he was an Associate and an Analyst respectively. He currently serves as a Director on the boards of American Capital portfolio companies eLynx, Safemark, ASC Industries, Life-Like Products, Global Dosimetry Solutions and Synodys.
Mr. Wilson received his bachelor's degree in finance from The Wharton School of Business, and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. |
