Mr. Voirol is an application developer with 8 years experience in the design and development of web-based applications utilizing open source technologies and frameworks as well as the .NET framework through the full software design life cycle. At TWJ, Mr. Voirol has developed a work shift scheduling application with embedded optimization technology for the conferencing industry, a mobile .NET application for order booking and scheduling by drivers of demand responsive transit vehicles, and an on-line reporting application for the InterCall scheduling system. He has also played a major and continuing role in the development of TWJ’s Web survey products for the American Hospital Association, and has been the lead developer in extending those to a clinical trials application for behavioral health. He is skilled in Java, C#, HTML and Javascript, and has strong competency in object-oriented analysis and design methodology. Mr. Voirol holds B.S. degrees in both Information Technology and Finance from Marquette University. |
