Todd sets the architecture and technical direction of the application as well as manages the development and quality assurance groups.Todd was one of the original two architects of the WorkforceLogicWorkforce Management software solution, designing the data model, framework and user interface.Todd is an integral part of WorkforceLogic's management team, working closely with the Product Management and Sales organizations to ensure the technology tools meet and exceed expectations. Todd keeps a keen eye on industry and technology trends to keep WorkforceLogic at the forefront of technological change, while simultaneously ensuring that the platforms used to develop the technology tools are stable to maximize the user experience. Prior to joining WorkforceLogic, Todd founded two web development companies, one of which was acquired by the Nelson Family of Companies in 2001. In both companies Todd's roll was both as principal and software architect. In these roles Tod designed solutions to meet a variety of needs for small and large companies within Northern California. Todd graduated from Kansas State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine; Todd is a two time All-American in track and field. Prior to moving into the technology field, Todd was a professional runner and triathlete for 6 years.
