Todd Phillips has spent his career developing technology solutions, creating customer-centric market programs, and applying new technology and business standards to drive cost out of business operations through creative application of technology for some of the leading petroleum marketing companies. Todd Phillips spent two years designing e-commerce applications and helped to successfully launch one of the first downstream petroleum e-commerce companies. Todd Phillips holds a BA from the University of Tulsa and a MS from Oklahoma State University and is actively involved in SIGMA and other technology advisory councils for the industry. |
