Todd Kay

TODD KAY Todd Kay has served as our President from 1988 to September 1999 and from March 2000 to August 2003, and has served as Vice Chairman since September 7, 1999. Mr. Kay has also served as a director since 1988 and as a director of Tarrant Company Limited since 1986. Prior to joining us, Mr. Kay was a sales manager for Sasson Jeans, L.A., Inc. from 1979 to 1980 and served as President of JAG Beverly Hills, Inc., an apparel manufacturer, from 1980 to 1985.
