Todd Houchins is a Director with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Drawing on strong project management skills he acquired in politics, law, and the military, Todd’s thorough execution and perceptive assessments produce candidates compatible with specific environments who can meet global challenges. As a member of the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice, Todd serves technology clients across the industry. He recruits senior general management, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Executive Directors, and members of the board of directors. Todd has played an integral role in securing talent responsible for the success of critical initiatives and for the strategic structuring of global teams. Todd first gained search experience with The Abbott Group, a firm specializing in national security and high technology, and Page-Wheatcroft & Co., a recruiter of senior management for consulting and law firms. Prior to entering search Todd worked seven years in different roles for elected officials in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, including Legislative Director, Senior Policy Advisor, and Subcommittee Counsel. Todd served four years on active duty overseas as a paratrooper with the U.S. Army He also served periodically as an instructor at the Army’s cold weather survival school. A graduate of George Washington University, Todd earned his J.D. degree from DePaul University’s College of Law. Todd is based in the firm’s Cleveland office. |
