He has spent 12 years in the United States Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician and for the past 4 years he was a Canvass Recruiter for the Naval Recruiting District of Miami.

Todd performed his demanding duties in a highly professional manner. Through his professionalism, dedication and tireless efforts, he made significant contributions to the essential and demanding mission of Navy Recruiting.
