Todd has a broad background of oilfield industry experience. After graduating from the University of Texas Todd accepted a position as land man for Arco Oil and Gas. In 1985, Todd Left Arco to head the production acquisition group for Bryson Oil and Gas, a publicly trade company on the London Stock Exchange. Todd Joined Sharewell in 1990 as VP-Business Development and lead a management buyout of the Company in 1993. In 1995 Todd and his two partners sold Sharewell to Drilex International, a company controlled by SCF Partners and LE Simmons. Drilex and Sharewell went public in 1996 and were ultimately sold to Baker Hughes in 1997. Todd remained with Baker Hughes and was General Manager of Sharewell, a division of the Baker Hughes Inteq group, from 1997 to 2000. In 2000 Todd bought Sharewell back from Baker Hughes with the initiative of transforming Sharewell into the world’s most diversified directional drilling Service Company. |
