I work within a team that predominantly specializes in Fire Protection. We also partner with other Sub-Contractors in the HVAC & Plumbing markets, General Contractors and Owner Rep Firms. Our group has successfully placed individuals in these markets across the nation.

Our recruiting methodology is to match our candidates to the right opportunity, not our opportunities to the candidates. I feel this is what differentiates us from our competitors.Our group prides itself on taking time to get to know our candidates, figuring out the type of opportunities that will enhance our candidates career, ones that they are willing and motivated to change companies for. By doing this we believe that we are greatly increasing the chances for a long-term mutually satisfying partnership between our candidates and our client companies.



We use the same approach regarding our Client companies. We search for companies that are ready to establish a long-term mutually beneficial relationship with a search firm. Our goal is to partner with these companies helping them overcome the challenges they face in the on-going War for Talent. We believe by becoming a value added partner instead of just another vendor, that the level of service as well as the level of candidates will increase. This allows our client companies to gain a competitive edge in the market.



Our group has developed and enhanced a recruiting process that this office has utilized over the last 37 plus years that has allowed us to successfully partner with companies both large and small across the county enabling us to fill a multitude of positions from entry level to senior level.
